-PLEASE READ- Band Room Regulations 1. Duration of each booking is 1 hour. 2. A maximum of 2 bookings can be made per week per person. 3. The band room must be booked at least one day in advance. 4. Members must leave the band room door open when they exit the room. 5. Working hours: 10:30-­18:30 6. The maximum capacity of the band room is 7. 7. Reserved for HKU Music Club current members, executive committee members (current and past) ONLY. 8. The Band Room will be closed on weekends, university holidays and public holidays. 9. The no­show limit is 2 per semester. The user(s) will be banned from the room when the limit is reached. 10. Members must keep the band room in hygienic and intact condition. Cleaning/maintenance fees may be charged for abusive use. 11. Eating or drinking are not allowed in the band room. 12. Checking of the booking system and the band room condition will be completed regularly by executive committee members. Any faulty usage will result in penalties and/or bans from the band room. 13. The executive committee holds the final decision power in dispute. 14. No smoking is allowed in the band room. 15. No pets are allowed in the band room. 16. The band room is provided free of charge
